Ellowyl's eyes dart left and right, and narrow. The kobolds were legion, and no matter how many fell, more kept bounding out of the woods. To her right was a dangerous-looking fellow, and two more were edging around to her left. She was caught out and vulnerable...even with Alek at her back, she could be flanked.

She flung out a hand towards the two south of her and summoned another blast of biting arctic wind. It howled through the forest, leaving a trail of frozen leaves, frosted insects and twigs...and iced over kobolds.

(Chilling Cloud on C11 to get those two minions south of us with any luck...oops, damage is wrong. Damage is a flat 5 points, not rolled.)

(Hmm...the dice roller seems to have been excised. Invisible Castle no longer works either. Ideas? I'm fine with the GM just rolling physical dice at home if he likes. Attack bonus is +5.)

The slinger sees that the battle is going against him and his allies and his survival instincts kick in. The group hears a splash and then sees the tail of the monster slip under the waterfall as he escapes the fight.

The kobold skirmisher attacks Marius with renewed vigor trying to get rid of the parties healer. He spears one of Marius legs and cries in triumphant as the elf grunts in pain.

Ellowyl's spell freeze's the two approaching kobolds in place, even as Alek draws his sword out of the gut of another minion. While his guard is down another spear hits him squarely in the chest. The blade bounces off his armor but the paladin can already feel the bruise that is forming.

Galim his clubbed over the back of the head form behind by the butt of a spear. It's what someone would call a smart blow, but by the expression on the dwarf's face hitting him like that wasn't very smart.

Luckily I had already marked the map after reading the rolls so I could go back and readjust it. Ellowyl killed the to poor minions as well as Alek finishing off one. So just needed to edit it and add some fluff.

Here are the rolls for the kobolds. All three hit damage Marius took 2 pts dmg and Galim and Alek each took 4 pts.

Galim Grimaxe

"D@mned little buggers!" Galim curses and swing his axes in a scissor maneuver. His enemy is able to dodge one axe, but not the second... the surely dwarf quickly strides forward, looking for his next opponent.

Nervous at the crazy kobold being so close, Ellowyl backs up a bit and directs a white beam of snowy frost at it, hoping to slow it down and stop it from using that nasty mobility of theirs.

Or freezing it solid. That would be fine too.

(Shift to C-10 and Ray of Frost on skirmisher! 24 vs Fort for 8 cold damage and slow)
