As quickly as it all began began, and the first kobolds fell to the combined assault, Marius watches as the tide of battle shifts and the remaining scaled folk swarm over Galim, even as their leader's spell strikes out at Jotrek.
Even as his long legs carry him around behind his companions as he seeks a clear opening, Marius's eyes flick between the dwarf and halfling. Torn for a moment, trying to weigh their injuries . . . will they require healing? Which should he aid? Marius eventually comes to the conclusion that the worst thing he can do is hesitate. He holds aloft Corellon's symbol in one hand murmuring quietly for succor for his ally, even as his other stabs out towards towards the Wyrmpriest, summoning righteous light to burn his foes.

Ellowyl points her staff at the kobold wyrmpriest and snaps, "Black clouds of the end, give me your strength!"
A pale, blue-white beam erupts from the end of her staff and plays over the priest and the ground around him. Everywhere the beam touches, on dirt or flesh, spiky roses of ice bloom, and snow drifts out of the bottom of the beam to lay briefly on the ground before fading out.
(Ray of Frost on W-1, attack is versus Fort)
A pale, blue-white beam erupts from the end of her staff and plays over the priest and the ground around him. Everywhere the beam touches, on dirt or flesh, spiky roses of ice bloom, and snow drifts out of the bottom of the beam to lay briefly on the ground before fading out.

Jotrek embolden by his quick take down of the kobold grunt (and extra mad about the bolt of acid). Moves quickly to try and daze the kobold wyrmpriest.
As his dagger darts in the kobold raises it's spear to block the attack. Jotrek stands there alone with a small sheepish grin on his face. The priest gives him a snarl in return.
Marius and Ellowyl start their incantations and bring about their powers from sources unseen. Both the magics of the divine and the arcane find their marks and hurt the surviving kobolds.
Doral and Galim stick to more worldly ways to deal death and destruction. The human chops down the kobold minion before him in one well placed blow.
The dwarf counter strikes the opening left him, but then the quick dragonshield gets his large scale looking shield up to fend off the return strokes.
The wrympriest looks away from Jotrek for a second and sees his forces down to two. He barks an order in Draconic and the dragonshield shifts towards the halfling bringing his sword around as he moves. The quick halfling ducks under the swing with ease. "Ha! Not quick enough there pooch!"
Then the kobold leader shifts as well and his amulet begins to glow in a radiant light. The glow bathes the dragonshield in a healing aura and allows for the creature to quickly shift once more. The minor action of calling on his faith allows the wyrmpriest a chance to strike out at the snide halfling with it's spear. The point misses gutting Jotrek and sparks as it clips the rock behind him. "Double slow! Is that a racial stigma?"

Marius barely has time to register that the beast is dead, but manages to change the target for his spell at the last moment.
The last kobold is struck by the blow and shouts in pain, even as Galim advances on him.

Jotrek went before Marius in the INIT order and W-1 only had 4HP left. So I changed targets.
Galim is up and gets the +2 vs the last dragonshield since W-1 is dead.[/sblock]
