It wasn't an issue but, if the judges had wanted to nominate it in that category, there would have had to have been sufficient rule changes.

What is the current rule for this type of product?

Savage World Deluxe, Vampire: The Masquerade 20th Anniversary Edition, GURPS Horror, and Cthulhu by Gaslight are all new versions of books that have many versions. Are the judges concerned with new content verse reused content or is that not a consideration?
