Piratecat I think you should use the opportunity to have everyone in the audience roll up a very simple D&D character, and DM the Orc and Pie adventure as part of your speech. Would probably set a world record for largest D&D game. Get a vendor to donate some dice and make the stats short enough to memorize, no character sheet needed.
