I vote YES for this trait. I think it is awesome that background is being considered more than mechanical benefit.

You need one more judge to say yes for it to be approved.

OK. Though it looks like the LPF wiki needs to be changed.

In order to pass, a proposal must receive at least three YES votes

Your probably right. That may be from when there where only four or five judges, and 3 votes YES would be the majority.

Hmmm...Now that this is in effect, I'm worried someone is going to beat up Larissa with it.

It's kind of a stretch, but given her background she could qualify as an agent of the Rornish government...

Given that Larissa is Lawful Good I somehow doubt she will be seen trafficking with demons or undead.

Aradra's ex government (military) but hates undead as well. Nearly lost an eye to one.

I'd be more worried when the gray cleric shows up with an undead.
