OOC: If somebody with a good MBA can get adjacent to SR2 it won't be able to throw rocks without provoking an OA.


Chambers closes in on the cornered thrower, giving his knife a spin. Zaroch's malicious shadows are fading but, Chambers thinks he can get them one last taste of whatever those skeletons have that they like so much. His thrown dagger bursts into streaking lights as usual, which slams home. Roots twist out of the ground, the wall, snaring and dragging and wrenching the undead into the hungry shadows. The sudden assault leaves the thing reeling, vulnerable to further attack.

Recognizing the severe disabilities that Logan has imposed on his foe, Ilse switches targets and bears down on the wounded undead. She lets out a loud cry as she slams her polearm into the side of the skeleton's chest, detaching a few rib bones and knocking them to the ground.

At that same moment, Kurnos wounds close up, and Alek's sense of touch deadens as he finds himself resistant to pain. There must be some connection to Ilse's warcry, but it's not exactly clear what that connection is.

Boris makes his way across the tracks and stops at a tactical distance for a brief moment to assess the situation. "The sun comes amongst the shadows to snatch your soul, Dead One!" Never one to tire of uttering curses, Boris then charges at his foe.

Kurnos shrugs off the injury even as it heals somewhat and concentrates on getting to his chosen target. Weaving as he moves forward in the Cobra style, he approaches and strikes swiftly at the undead with his fist and hits it solidly followed by a snap kick to it's ribcage.

The skeleton cornered by Boris is unable to flee, and simply attempts to smacks at the Cursed One with his rock. The nimble warrior leaves a deep cut before the skeleton bring its stone hard over his head, leaving a nasty ringing sound. The skeleton surely rocks!

The other skeleton just shift away of the bullman, but can't aim properly at the dodgy Kurnos.

Please, whoever put the total damage on the enemies as a whole number, remember I want you to add it like in a formula (=X1+X2+X3) Otherwise I can't track individual damage.

Pay attention to the map's light, coded with the color of the lines. Orange lines are for lighted areas, while black lines are for dark areas. You can't see Boris, nor the skeleton rock thrower, for example, unless you can see in the dark. Pay attention to the difficult terrain as well, rails, rubble and ore are difficult terrain, costing 2 squares of movement. The cart is blocking terrain.

MAP and COMBAT Mining problems!! sheet contains the map and references are found scrolling down a bit.

Kurnos leaps forward and lands behind the skeleton trying to evade him. He moves so quickly that the creature is unable to respond fast enough to strike at him. Kicking out with one of his powerful legs, Kurnos lands a solid hit in the chest of the creature before landing gracefully and rising up to catch it with an elbow under it's bony chin!

Boris grunts as he is cracked with a rock. "Stay still" he growls. He lashes out with his blade determined to finish the skeleton. It strikes true, severing the bony spinal column and sending the creature crashing to the ground in a clatter of broken bones. A shadow rises from the pile only to be sucked into Boris' helm illuminating a 6th green gem.

Boris closes his eyes. The entire helm glows green. Three voices can be heard screaming with terror as their essence is dissolved into oblivion. The bloody wounds upon the warlock's body stem their flow of blood. Boris opens his eyes again and he turns his gaze towards the last remaining skeleton being pummelled by the minotaur.

SR2 is cursed. So it takes +1d6 dmg from Eldritch Stike and Boris can slide it 1.

If Dazed has ended on SR2 he will wait til Ilse moves to flank to attack if possible before taking his turn.

After Boris has crushed the skeleton that Ilse was engaging, she turns to face the last remaining foe. Lacking any subtlety, she approaches the skeleton from behind and yells "Hyaaa!" just before stabbing at it with her polearm. The warcry may not have been such a good idea however, as the undead hears it and ducks out of the way of Ilse's blow just in time.

As before, Boris's wounds close up when he hears Ilse's cry.

[sblock=Boris's action]I'm in kind of an odd position where Boris has already acted and killed SR2, but with a readied action that would only go off after Ilse's turn. To avoid having to draw an OA, and so I can get into a position to heal both Kurnos and Boris, I'm going to delay my turn until after Boris's readied action. As Kurnos and Ilse move in the enchanter extends an arm, and an arc of dark blue lightning reaches from his fingertip to the surviving skeleton.

"Blood and bone, or magic and hatred." Zaroch muses out loud. "They fall to pieces just as easily. What a pity."

OOC: Standard: Magic Missile the surviving skeleton. It takes 7 damage.
