    Since I don't see it mentioned, there is CoC d20, which is a very simple set of rules but does do modern and supernatural both pretty well. Of course, you have to be willing to watch your PCs go insane.

    If you go the d20 CoC route Delta Green is pure gold.
    I hope with strange eons even the edition war may die.

    this is another good suggestion. From what I remember, a cleaner implementation than d20 modern, with both psychic powers and mythos type spells. And great flavor text.

    Of course, BRP CoC is also a good game.
