All of these races/templates exist across all of Kulan. The most prolific of these races are Fremlins, the Baklath (winged goblins), and the Feytouched, as well as a race I call the Dragontouched (humans with the Draconic Creature template). The Baklath are winged goblins. After these four races, the remaining races become more rare, but they are still found on all of Kulan's continents and island chains. I'm not sure if they will all be available as PC race options in the Underearth. They will be available as options for Kulanspace and across the Mirrored Cosmology.

Dracovarans are a homebrewed race; they are tauric dragons. (They are an epic race.) The Dragonborn of Kulan have custom racial traits that are inspired by the D&D Races of the Dragon race as well as the 4e Dragonborn race (plus some lizardfolk). The Zenythri are a planetouched race from MM2. I'm going to have to create racial traits for them.
