As we start getting higher and higher casters, some of whom can now start casting permanent magical effects, I wanted to ask the judges what they think of the Permanency spell and other spells similar to it.
As the item crafting rules are removed for the sake of accounting, are casters going to be allowed access to spells that can create permanent effects, such as those found in the Permanency spell?
