Yes, they base them off ToH1, which is credited in the OGL declarations of all products that use those monsters.

Yep. And they've done a lot of cool stuff with the ToH monsters with their versions.

OK, it says on the website that the PDF is supposed to come out in June, but so far, it hasn't come out yet. When will it?

It isn't the end of June yet. I would look for it around the end of the month presuming they have no issues.

Last I heard they are pretty backlogged with stuff in the pipeline which means more good stuff on the way. Probably part of the reason for the delay.
