Hey everyone... it has been a long time since I have really posted here. My group has, sadly, been on a long break (6-7 months or so), but have recently picked up SW:EotE for 1 session over a month ago with the next coming on Sep 8th! =) I cannot wait! SW:Narrative Dice RAWKS!!
NaNoWrMo is a contest/program that asks people to write a 50k word novel in a month (Nov 1-30). You may plot and plan prior but the actual novel writing must occur only in the month. I think 50k words falls in the novella class of books and not a full fledged novel, but anyhow, I am hoping that I can count on you for your brilliant ideas and inspiration. =)
I am planning on participating in NaNoWrMo (http://nanowrimo.org/) for the first time and I would like your help in getting things figured out so that I may start writing in November. In the near future I will post some threads asking for your help and advice so that I may plan and plot out the book - characters, plot, twists, setting, etc...
I am looking at an average 2k words per chapter at 25 chapters. I think I will basically be attempting to follow the 5 section plot so that will be 5 chapters per section, since I have no real clue what I am doing:
I will be using Microsoft One Note (http://office.microsoft.com/<wbr>en-us/onenote/) for the plotting and planning and Scrivener (https://www.<wbr>literatureandlatte.com/<wbr>scrivener.php) for the actual Writing. Both are really, really great pieces of software.
