As the group makes it's way down the stairs you enter a semicircular room that seems empty except for a few bookshelves against the walls and a single desk and chair sit in one corner. A huge set of wood and metal double doors stand in the south wall.

Banaq, elf sorcerer

Banaq descends the stairs with the others, placing himself as near to the middle of the group as possible. Once down, he scans the contents of the room briefly just to make sure there are no foes present, and assumes that the group will make for the other door straightaway. He pauses momentarily, to be sure that is what the group means to do.

Thorn goes up along with her, and after the knock calls, "You wanted to meet us, Faxon?"

She looks at the others, and nods at the staircase. If there was to be an ambush, they'd hit from both directions right about when the doors opened, and the distraction was at maximum.

Meliara casually leans up against the wall near the bottom of the stairs, where she can also see the yet to be opened door. She crosses her arms across her chest as she leans back, waiting for the inevitable something to happen.

OOC - It seems everyone has gone down the stairs, correct?

As the group descends the stairs, you enter the room mentioned previously. One of the 3 that greeted you follows you down and waits patiently for orders from Faxon.

A few seconds after you knock, you hear a lock turn and soon you lay eyes on Faxon (see attached photo). He closes the door behind him and moves over to the desk and chair and opens a notebook. Finally, he looks up and one at a time, looks each of you over. Seemingly satisfied with something, he finally speaks, "So...what update do you have for me?"
