LA buyoff xp per level

Latsu

First Post
Hey, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much XP a character with a +2 level adjustment would have when his party was at any given level, assume he were to buy off both levels when he could
Please give numbers from 3rd to 20th level
this is for a shadow template, urban ranger, battle sorcerer character (I know it isn't optimized (its for style)) and I would like a quick reference for whenever I may use him

also how can u overcome concealment in melee? feat or item wise

thank u in advance for any responses

Not really. The problem being that such a character is likely to spend at least some time with an effective level lower than the rest of his party. This means that when calculating XP, the DM should award more to that character than to the rest of the party, allowing him to 'catch up'.

I can tell you that if you choose to pay down LA as soon as possible, you'll need to pay 7,000XP once you hit 6 class levels (that is, not counting LA or monster hit dice), and a further 9,000 once you hit 9 class levels.

If your DM doesn't give you extra XP to catch up, then that would put the table at something like this:

Your level - XP - Party level
1 (+2): 3,000 : 3rd
2 (+2): 6,000 : 4th
3 (+2): 10,000 : 5th
4 (+2): 15,000 : 6th
5 (+2): 21,000: 7th
6 (+2): 28,000: 8th
6 (+1): 28,000/35,000: 8th
7 (+1): 36,000/43,000: 9th
8 (+1): 45,000/52,000: 10th
9 (+1): 55,000/62,000: 11th
9 (+0): 55,000/71,000: 12th
10 (+0): 66,000/82,000: 13th
11 (+0): 78,000/94,000: 14th
12 (+0): 91,000/107,000: 15th
13 (+0): 105,000/121,000: 16th
14 (+0): 120,000/137,000: 17th
15 (+0): 136,000/152,000: 17th
16 (+0): 153,000/169,000: 18th
17 (+0): 171,000/187,000: 19th
18 (+0): 190,000/206,000: 20th

I hope that's of at least some help.
