planning software

I know 3e/3.5e had Dundjinni and 4e had Masterplan (which was fantastic) but, so far, 5e has a couple of excel sheets and that's it.
I know Trapdoor is working on Dungeonscape for players and GMs but that doesn't seem to cover Adventure planning in the same way that the two listed examples did.
Is there a existing digital tool I'm not familiar with that would cover this in that fashion or not yet?

Realm Works maybe of interest to you. To me it is a lot of work, you build everything yourself but it does work extremely well in putting together a campaign setting. It is produced by the same people that putout Hero Labs and would not be surprised to see support to 5E soon.
