Plane of Shadow/Realm of Shadow - PI or OGC?

Okay, I'm having a strange feeling of deja vu that this topic has been discussed before, but I can't remember the answer.

Okay, I know that the term "Ethereal Plane" appears in the SRD, so it's okay to use. What about "Plane of Shadow"? I haven't been able to find a reference to it. Is it generic enough to use anyway?

What about "Realm of Shadow" or "The Realm of Shadow" (or even plural - Shadows)? Is that somebody's Product Identity or intellectual property?

The term "Plane of Shadow" appears in the SRD. Check the descriptive text under the spells Shades, Shadow Conjuration, Shadow Evocation, and Shadow Walk to see it mentioned.
