Verilunda - whom we just found out is the Aunt of Aethremyr (the paladin formerly known as Jozan)

Personal Information:
Valanthe was an orphan in Dyvers and was raised by Mother Gota who ran an orphanage. She had a distaste for conventional apprenticeship or other more legitimate forms of employment and had a talent for acquiring what she needed in other ways. She frequently donated these ill-gotten gains back to the orphanage or other charities once her own needs were taken care of. She was also influenced by Ardestor a cleric of Trithereon, who was responsible for getting her into the orphanage.

Valanthe has given up most of her less sociable habits and tries to generally focus her attentions on her foes, rather than seeking to pinch an extra copper from her fellow adventurers. Given the wealth the group received in recent missions, she has little need to steal, save for the thrill or practice of it. She is now working in the employ of Lord Gelban of Greyhawk.

Now that her Shadow talents have been emerging, she has gained a shadow companion, named Verilunda, with whom she partners up with in scouting and combat.

Lately Valanthe has been “living on the edge” so to speak, which to her companions, seems more like a death wish. Between her extra-curricular activities and the hardship of NightFang Spire, she has managed to gain the ire of the Horned Society and some of her companions. Hopefully her friends won’t learn of her latest tinkering – making deals and gambling with the Unsought One (Ralishaz) and liberating items from a member of the Skull Fire Mages.

In combat:
Valanthe will examine the situation and attempt to reach the far corners of the battlefield for tactical advantage and create sneak attack opportunities. Her habit of watching the “big picture” has paid off on several occasions.

Thank you, now we have two...with more to come...is this a "step" program or something, eh?

I must say that I really enjoy; Valanthe the Sleepless (my type of character, I myself find playing PCs that have part of my personality in them more enjoyable…rouges are very fun to play…though I have never made a Shadow Dancer yet…hmmm.) and Rackhir the Red Archer (another character I enjoy a great deal)...there is one more whom I like...

Personal Information:

Dravot is the youngest son of a large, noble family, ruling the lands of Brindinford in the Southern Kingdom of Ahlissa. When he was a young child, his grandfather Chavram became an undead being (an animus) and returned to Brindinford looking for something. Dravot's eldest brother was killed by Chavram, who himself became trapped in the family crypts. All Dravot knew at the time was that a powerful undead killed his brother.

Dravot was influenced by these events, and eventually entered the priesthood, in the service of Pelor, to do good works and to avenge his brother's death by hunting down undead, learning from his mentor Bellamy.

When he could learn no more from Bellamy, Dravot went to Greyhawk to study at the temple there, and to help Gelban in several tasks as needed.

While in the Glitterhame, Dravot started having visions about the family crypts and his family. A mark developed on his arm, a stylized dog symbol used by his grandfather Chavram. Dravot could do nothing to remove the mark, which radiated an undead presence, and was surely turning Dravot undead.

When Dravot returned to Brindinford to see his ill father, he was drained of lifeforce by Chavram (making Dravot one of the Shadowed of Pelor), which allowed Chavram to escape the family crypts where he'd been trapped. Dravot and his companions, with the aid of the priests of Pelor and the town guard then assaulted the family keep, freeing it from Chavram's oppressive grip. Chavram and Dravot's bastard halfbrother Sebastian (also an animus) escaped however.

Only after exploring the crypts did the companions discover about the binders and Chavram's search for them.

The mark was later moved from Dravot's arm to Rackhir's forehead by Chavram, but Dravot continues to search for information on how to suppress and/or remove the mark.

Dravot's confrontation with his grandfather and halfbrother, and his transformation into a Shadowed of Pelor caused some moments of pain and confusion, causing him to lash out at party members in unexpected ways, as well as take other rash actions which worried the church hierarchy. Dravot has since tried to make up for those actions, and can only hope that he can be forgiven.

Adventurer
Shadowed of Pelor

Is a campaign-specific variant of the Hunter of the Dead. Reserved for those of Pelor's followers who walk with the sun at their back, into the darkness. Dravot and the male half of the Tebharin from our Story Hour are both Shadowed.

The Shadowdancer, OOBI and Arcane Archer are all significantly different, as well. They've evolved as the campaign has.

Several of the special abilities went away and the class now gains +1 level of existing spell caster at level 2,4,6 and 8. Saves and other alterations have also been made.

Personal Information:
Kayleigh is the eldest of two daughters of a minor noble and Knight of Luna in Celune. She was only 82 when the Hateful Wars erupted and she (and many of her fellow elves) took up the bow to defend the elven nation even though she was not yet of age for such things. While she was not deep in the thick of the war, she did see enough of it to color her attitudes towards the evil races and orcs in particular.

Her father is at odds with Celune’s isolationist policies. When a recent political storm erupted, he requested she depart for a time to let things settle out. He hoped this would also relieve some of the restlessness he had observed in her recently. He arranged for her to work with Lord Gelban in Greyhawk on unknown terms.

Since that time she has learned of the Council of Dragons and many other things. She has performed well and gained confidence, though still occasionally feels swept up in affairs that are beyond her. With the help of the dragons, she has learned to control her latent magical abilities and she has recently discovered her true nature – one of the Elven Champions, (Arcane Archers among the humans) and is settling into her new station among her people. Kayleigh is generally determined and tactical thinker when there is a purpose, but tries to be equally relaxed and uncaring when there is no immediate objective.

In combat:
Kayleigh is a long range fighter – she will stay out of the fray and fire at appropriate targets. She will frequently lead the initiative due to her high dex and newly acquired improved initiative feat, and will select targets carefully. She is a tactical thinker during combat.

You guys have a pretty powerful offense in Rackhir and Kayleigh, but you all seem to lack a bit in defense, especially in the saves department. Better start saving for those Cloaks/Rings of Resistance if you wanna live. ;)
