For random encounters I still find myself inside the Second Edition Rules Monster Manual II, at the back of the book,with all of the lists of critters, of differnce difficulties and broken down nicely by area/land type.

I do enjoy random tables. Now I don't generally roll and go with them, but they do provide great inspiration.
 






With a number of the early edition books being out on DnDClassics, have you considered the possibility of a published supplement? I have no idea of what legal issues there may be. You have quite a lot of tables, here, and a book of tables may seem like the next logical step.
