Ghost Touch weapon wielded by a ghost

If a ghost fighter attacks with a ghost touch weapon, does the attack still ignore armor, shield, and natural armor? Or is it an attack against the target's full AC?

The weapon is both incorporeal and corporeal, so it can't automatically go through armor.
