The path inside the rock is wide enough for relatively easy, if occasionally slow, travel, but only for 1 person across, meaning the party will have to go single file. There doesn't appear to be a great need for ropes in the cave; the slope is not enough to cause a problem, and most of the problematic protusions into the walkway are stalactytes that have developed on the ceiling and easily enough ducked. The harpy outside has gone back to her labor of collecting firewood.

Presented with the question of who should go first, the sorceress signifies her response by stepping back and behind the others, putting Cruendithas, Wahyu and Dunkel between herself and Qalabash. Fully a head taller than any of the ones she is hiding behind, she mimics the speaking of the words 'not me' to for Qalabash's benefit.

OOC: So it sounds like Dunkel, Cruendithas, Tamarie and Wayhu in some order, Qalabash. Is this correct? Also, you will need a light source of some kind; there's no light in the cave beyond what comes in through the opening.

Crue looking into thedarkness begins reciting a story, lowly as if speaking to himself ang growing in volume slightly to where others can make out the words, "the seeker of truths can bring light with his inner power," and a light shines out in front of Dunkel, floating and illuminating the way before them.

Rooting around in her bag for a moment, Tamarie smiles a strangely toothy grin as she pulls a small, brightly glowing stone out and releases it at head level. After a short order, the miniature flame begins moving about her, providing light while leaving her hands free.

Qalabash stood at the crevice as the others filed in. He held his quarterstaff at the ready.

"Wahyu, Dunkel, Cruendithas, Tamarie, and myself." He looked at Tamarie's ioun torch and nodded his admiration for the item. "I shall have to acquire a magical light such as that for myself soon. In the meantime..."

Qalabash waved his hand and the staff he carried began to glow. When the others had passed into the crevice he left off watching for the harpies and descended after them.

Wahyu nodded, "I shall move ahead, out of the light. Follow slowly, if you would, we know not what lies below."

Focusing, Wahyu beckoned for aid, and although he could not see it, he saw that one from beyond had answered his call, as it cast a shadow upon the ground. Wahyu whispered into the pommel of his dagger, and the visitor vanished beyond the threshold of the crevice, and the small priest along with it.
