Levanna is not a quiet character. But right now she's intimidated and is trying to keep from drawing attention to herself. She would rather not be there, but she's settling for letting the others do the talking for now. She also doesn't know about the people at the other table or she'd be more insistent about leaving.

Kelvyn knows that most of the other free cities don't trust Eldreed or its folk, and that it is the farthest south of the so-called free cities on the Wild Coast. Everything else has been abandoned or or destroyed by raiders and humanoids out of the Pomarj (a hilly long peninsula over run by humanoid monster tribes of orcs, goblins, hobgoblins, gnolls, bugbears and ogres. The central part of the peninsula is mountainous and filled with even worst monsters including a dragon or two...)

High Port (now Port Fury) is about 120 miles south of Elreed and out on the eastern point of the peninsula itself.

EDIT that last part about Pomarj and High Port is for everyone as I know some people are not overly familiar with Greyhawk...
