So the "Murphy" has a Range Increment of 12 (from CPU cycles 12)?
As the ship takes CPU damage does the range of Electronic attacks decrease

No, not the CPU cycles of the computer, the range increment of it. The Murphy has a Frontier Products MM-2 which has a range inc. of 11 (computerstats in the Starship Construction Manual). If you don't have that book, just using a flat 15 for everyone works fine.
