Has anyone used the Hero Forge 3D printer customized miniature creator? https://www.heroforge.com/

I am interested in finding out how good (or bad) the miniatures are, particularly in the different plastics they offer.

My wife had a mini made of a female dwarven fighter with axe and shield. The plastic was translucent and hard to make out the detail until we had it painted. The painter said that the hardest part about the painting was that the weapon and shield were not removable, making blocked off areas hard to get to. The mini looks pretty good now that it is painted, but I am no mini expert. She really liked that it was very customizable and she could make it look just like she wanted it to. At about $30 per, I would only use it for favorite characters in games I expected to last for a while.
