Preferably,population if possible,general climate,what type of species reside there,things like that.My player has picked that planet as his home planet and I need info to flesh out a visit there.

Sadly, I couldn't find much. The best info I could get was just stating that Lando had a mining operation going on there in Vector Prime. If you haven't read the book(which you should ), Lando had some modified TIE Advanced fighters(the type that Vader had) that would fly through the asteroid belt as a gambling game. Other than the small amount of info about it in Vector Prime, I don't think its really mentioned anywhere else.

Yeah I have read vector prime,but totallt forgot lando had an operation going there.Gonna have to reread the book,but thanks for all your help.

No problem. I love to look things up for Star Wars.
And yeah, I had forgotten about Dubrillion in Vector Prime until I did some hunting over at the official Star Wars site. I think I'm going to need to re-read it too...

Yup that's pretty much it...
Highlights of Dubrillion:
Lando Calrissian's Mining Operation (for a very short period during the NJO). A truly legitamate business as far as Lando is concerned, it is later evacuated and destroyed by the Yuzhaan Vong.
Lando's Asteroid Obstacle Course. A variety of TIEs can be flown through a heavy, constantly changing asteroid field. The TIEs are protected by super heavy shields projected onto the TIEs from a nearby space station. Of particular amusement are the TIE bombers, in which a pair of pilots fly in tandem.
The Shield Ships. Dubrillion's sun is particularly harsh. Incoming starships must be escorted by umbrella-shaped shield ships to protect them from Dubrillion's sun.

Thanks pb,forgot about the sun too.Man is this so not a place for my character to be from...
