Ok, here is what I recall . . . . . .
Code:
I     We ran across an old [undead?] elf hermit of the necromancer type.
      A   He was very strange
      B   had a poisonous stew
II    He told us about some of what is going on.
      A   warned us of the danger of a vision of skulls.
          1     It turns out there were skulls on sticks
          2     when one approaches the skull it triggers a spell of warning
          3     there are too many skulls to try and diffuse
          4     Bypassed by going through water and crossing a suspended rope.
III   We arrived, mostly ok
      A    Rosallia is wet, dirty and Stink now
      B    Grok is wet and dirty too, but was always stinky
IV    Did scouting and found out the defenses
      A    Frontal assault is out of the question
      B    found a possible weak point guarded by Kobolds
V     Now we need to figure out a quiet way in.
      A    Stealth is best chance of success
      B    trying to use our resources to best achieve success

That is the best run down I can come up with

Yes, thankfully. Scrag should be level 5. The only changes is that everyone's weapons and armor should now be changed to masterwork, magical, with each having a +1 bonus due to the effects of a magical and dimensional warp.

What if our weaons are already +1? Is the enchantment enhanced to +2?? :-D

No. The adventure path does not give many magical items at all, so the other PCs were much underpowered compared to what Roque walked in with. Nice try though. On the other hand, I will allow any non-magical armor and weapons Roque had at the time of character creation to become magical with a +1 bonus, since he was there when the effect at the standing stones happened.

ok, I have an Idea:

I have a smoke stick and sun rods.

I have monster summon 3

What we need is a distraction, I think.
What if John were to summon an air elemental, have the elemental take the smoke stick int to the fort by flying in. Then light he smoke stick and activate a sun rod withing the smoke cloud, fly up and invisibly attack one of the kobolds.

The arty then uses as stealthy as possible actions to climb up and take out the other two kobolds?

Thoughts?
