As the ogre's week mind is overcome by JV's mental assault it flees, opening him up to a bite from Duran the bear. Nariah tries to attack the fleeing Orog, but misses leaving Erol and Illvilious to finish off the ogre. Duran's path now clear he bounds up to the orog's savaging the one still able to move. The other orog, still held by Duran's magic falls prey to a shot from Illvilious.
