No I think that it's correct.
She's not given a Dex score which would suggest to me that it should be treated as 0 Dex, in terms of what her adjustment should be on initiative, which is (-5). And since she doesn't have Improved Initiative as a feat there is no other adjustment.
She basically can't move so she has no dex, or any reflex save. Basically she can't move at all, which would also probably make her vulnerable to sneak attacks at will.
I guess it's up to you to decide if since she's essentially an immobile sentience that perhaps you could use her Int modifier for terms of initiative, but that is up to you to dicide.
