Cybernetics have no real connection in the rules?

So, game has psi and cybernetics. Psi has a full linkage into the game with character development, but cybernetics don't have anything?

or did I miss it?

Cybernetic devices are simply advanced equipment. The rules treats them same as a gun, a sword, or a shield. But, as GMs, we're free to change that.

Consider cybernetic-based careers:

Cyber-knight
-Artificial Limbs (take once for each: legs, arms.)
-Durarmor
-Exosuit (prerequisite: Durarmor)
-Weapon Integration

Mnemonic
-Hormonal Regulator
-Input Jacks
-Memory Chip
-Skill Implant

Shadow
-Digiclaws
-Duraskin
-Injector Implants
-Olfactory Sensors
-Retinal Implants

Yup, that's right - it's basically equipment, albeit expensive and permanent! There will be more cybernetic stuff in NOW next year.
