The Snirking Ettin Inn is at the northern edge of the town, though still within the walls. It's owned and operated by the "Brokebranch Brothers", an Ettin who seems abnormally friendly and happy to see everyone, though perhaps a bit dumb. The facility caters to a few civilized giants and other larger races that occasionally tread Silverymoon. Rooms are expensive, 100 gold pieces a night, but given the clientele it might be reasonable.
Just trying to assess the group treasure.. effectively we have 2500gp in "moon" from the Marshal.
Is Davaros using Zagrevanje, the greatsword used by the female fire giant?
Gul is very happy to find a buyer here for the adamantine ball bearing and put whatever that gets into the party pot
My suggestions for items would be potions of invulnerability for the front-liners (rare, 3840gp), very useful when fighting giants!
Alternatively Ioun stones (very rare, 3000gp)? Or if the ball bearing is really valuable, a portable hole or bag of holding, so we can transport larger bits of Vonindon!!
You can fence the adamantine sphere quickly for ~20% of it's market value (1000). In reality there's at least one person in town that would find a way to offer more, but I'm not sure if you want to sell it to him.
Potions of invulnerability are pretty expensive, and I'm not sure are better for us longterm than other items that can give an ongoing benefit. My 2 cents' worth.
It's a +1 Sword, so that's definitely something he can use. The added effect isn't something he would normally use, because it would inflict damage to himself...
If we can spare the funds, Davaros would want blacksmithing gloves (25gp).
FYI: [sblock=Zagrevanje]
Zagrevanje
Weapon (greatsword), very rare
This magic greatsword has a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls. You can use a bonus action to speak Zagrevanje's command word, causing the blade to glow red-hot. Any creature or manufactured metal object in physical contact with Zagrevanje takes 2d6 fire damage when you do so. While Zagrevanje glows, it deals an extra 2d6 fire damage to any target it hits. The heat lasts until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword.
Protective gloves like those used for blacksmithing costing at least 25 gold pieces can prevent the first five points of fire damage you deal to yourself when you activate Zagrevanje.

If we can spare it, that would be terrific. +2d6 damage per attack (2 attacks per round) isn't peanuts, and it would be great if he could do it without consequences to himself!
That certainly seems worth at least 25 gp. And if there's nothing better we can get Davaros right now (haven't looked at the list), Willow can use Protection from Energy to grant him fire resistance.
Creamsteak , questions regarding Zagrevanje: I am assuming that it does 2d6 damage to whomever is holding it, right? Does the 2d6 damage apply only upon initial activation, or is it recurring? If so, at what frequency? I'm wondering whether I might have misread the description, since it could be interpreted that the 2d6 damage only applies once upon activation. If that is the case, then this is pure awesomeness!
