A huge hairy hand picks up Bellalalalinda when the panic starts, and gracefully deposits her on top of a recently abandoned referee's chair. The small gnome and the gorilla are perched on top of the chair, a rescue ring hanging on a ring. Whistler seems to have her possessions with him, and the two of them scan the pool deck.

OOC: Perception check: [roll0]. If (w/ Whistler) it has advantage, the better of that and [roll1].

Bell casts an illusion cantrip to create a floating arrow, pointing people the way they should be exiting.

Bell sees an extremely calm man draw up his hood on the far side of the stadium and start walking up towards the top of the bleachers rather than towards any of the main exits. A small back and forth curved kris can briefly be seen hanging from his belt loop, not sheathed necessarily.

" Well this can't be good."

The Panic At The Stadium was almost as bad as Triboar. Visions of fire and death, of long shadows seemed to blanket Koldan's vision before he shook the thoughts from his head and happened to spy a rather small woman atop a rather large creature.

Rather hard to miss.

" Wait, that's ... Bellalin ... Bellalaland ... Bella!"

Koldan began to shove past the masses, going the opposite direction of those fleeing for their lives. It was a familiar feeling: to rush into danger whilst others ran. It was the call of a hunter. As he moved towards the woman, though, his keen eyes made to try and draw in as much information as possible: these tentacle sea creatures ... The Kraken Society. Maybe there was a connection. There had to be a connection. Things didn't just happen, or so Koldan had hoped the Gods intended as such. Otherwise his wife ...

Focus.

" BELLA!" he called out over the masses, his voice trying to reach her before he could, " BELLA! WHAT DO YOU SEE?"

OOC: Rolling Some Investigation again to try and see if there's like ... a source, so to speak, that if there's anything Koldan can put together as to what is causing this outbreak of Fishvomititus: [roll0]

Darathra was a Harper: she gave me a Platinum Badge of Triboar to present to Dorkath The Orkath to let him know of the attack.

There is a Kobold in the area of Yartar named "Lightwalker", a craftsman with 'some incredible weapons'.

Bell hear Koldan's summons and points. "Him, in the hood," she says, miming a hood pulled over her hear in secret. She recasts her cantrip to put a big arrow above him, with the word "Gulity" above his head.

Bellalalalinda reaches into the bag that Whistler carries, and unclips her crossbow.

From her position on the chair, she primes a quarrel and lets loose.

[roll0] -- if a hit, damage = [roll1] (includes +4 vs humanoids and giants).

Wild eyed with surprise, Gul closely watched the affected swimmers, his mind racing to come up with a magical explanation. Instinctively he drew from his powers and bolstered his fortitude, before noticing the hooded man being magically signposted!

Pushing his way through the crowd, Gul started moving up the bleachers as well, moving to intercept the man..

OOC:
Using Fiendish Vigor for [roll0] temporary hit points.

As Bella lit their quarry up like a Sylvanus Day Tree, Koldan was quick on the draw with the Gnome. His own weapon, larger and heavier, was unslung and brought to bare against the marked target. His sharp eyes settled on the enemy even as the hook under his wrist was latched into the drawstring of his weapon, the leverage of his arm coming down to impact the stock being the force that drew the string taut.

A bolt was nestled into the cut groove and the hunter took aim, dropping to one knee to stabilize himself. Before it was released, Elvish whispers slipped from his tongue, the songlike words drawn out and thrumming. The quarrel began to twist and crack, its solid wood suddenly protruding with sharpened thorns and leafy vines that sprouted from the feathering and constricted the ammunition.

Then, the twang of the weapon went off with a loud snap, launching the bolt off in the distance towards Koldan's mark. He repeated the process quickly, sending another shot covered in tangling ivy and rose-like spikes to try and impede the escape of the only link they had to this disturbance.

First Post
Uric grumble when the crowd started panicking, What they think we all going to start spitting up sea creatures?. He stands, trying not to spill his drink, and moves out of the way of the majority of the crowd if possible. He was a bit curious about what was happening down in the pool and figure he could get a good look once the commonfolk fled.

Hearing some of his companions yells over the din of shouting he craned his neck to see if he could spot them...

Seeing that the action is not where he currently is, Davaros will head towards the empty part of the stadium, specifically towards the hooded man if he can see him.

OOC: double move, since I am assuming that he is out of reach

Bella and Kholdan both land ranged attacks against the hooded character that pierce his scaly flesh.

The creature, now temporarily restrained drops back it's hood revealing a scaly skin and an odd tentacled beard. It mutters something loudly at the crowd.

[sblock=deepspeech]"Your city will be drowned just the same."[/sblock]

The creature casts invisibility, though it's still currently restrained from what I can tell.

Everyone can be within reach of the creature this round if they want.

Bellalalalinda and Whistler leap from the chair on which they are perched, and head towards the pinned but unseen figure, moving through the crowd like a salmon swimming upstream (being followed by a gorilla; the image is not exact.)
