Garret parries the goblin's blow, before quickly going on the offensive.

Coriana growls in frustration and slips the points of both of her rapiers through the ragged leather armor one of the goblins wears. It gives a squeaky exhale of air before slipping to the floor of the kitchen, blood pooling. But the other goblin tries to get in a blow on the human fighter. His scimitar slides harmlessly along her armor, however, not able to find purchase in her flesh. Seeing its downed companion, the little beast darts nimbly away from the fighter and her halfling companion.

The goblin in front of Theremin gives a little yelp of surprise when a box suddenly appears in front of him. He tries to peer around it to see where his target went. Hearing the cries of his compatriots, he darts off back into the kitchen. He missed completely the rapier from Theremin that slid through his heart and fell forward dead on his face.

Liam attacks another goblin in frustration. His handaxe cuts deep, but his walking stick missed. The goblin looks very hurt, but he’s still standing. Enough so that he can mount a vicious counterattack, his short sword biting into Liam’s thigh. Then the vicious little beast slides away without giving Liam or Mindra an opportunity to counter.

Beside Liam, Mindra has a bit better luck, her ranger magic helping her target a weak spot in the goblin’s armor and pierce through with her own rapier, felling it.

Garrett has less luck as his goblin opponent appears deft with his own scimitar, knocking the halfling’s blade aside. It then counterattacks on the halfling. It manages to get under Garret’s shield and slide the blade of its scimitar along the halfling’s side. It then darts past the halfling and runs to the pantry.

“Good job, Citizen!” Omri calls to Theremin from the window.

“Y-Yes! Good job!” Torban creeps forward with his axe handle and hits the dead goblin several times. You know, just to be sure.

Another goblin runs into the pantry and starts shoving foodstuffs into a sack.

One of the goblins runs out of the pantry, loaded down by a sack of stolen foodstuff. He drops the sack long enough to grab his bow and fire an arrow at Garrett, but it thunks harmlessly into the counter next to the halfling.

Liam dropped his walking stick and picked up the felled goblin's scimitar (g3's scimitar). He then moved to attack the goblin with the sack.

Liam slips up and swings his handaxe at the goblin with the sack, the blade striking the creature in the neck and sending its head rolling across the floor, leaving its sack to spill out in the pool of blood as the small body slumps to the ground.

Theremin quietly walks out of the illusory box into the room where the fight is happening, and throws his dagger at a goblin.

Coriana pursues the goblin, and attacks, her first strike narrowly missing vital organs, but her second strikes true, killing the goblin.

Seeing the goblins start to get overwhelmed by her fellow travelers, Mindra takes the opportunity to run back into the common room to grab her shortbow.

With a shout of annoyance, Garret runs towards the nearest living goblin, and attacks it fiercely with his scimitar.
