Shadow leaned against the wall, staring down at the unconscious form of the Electrocutioner, his nerves fried with electricity for the moment, leaving him dazed and scorched, breathing heavily.

Shadow pulled some restraints from his utility belt and secured the villain as he listened to the plight of his team several floors below. “Will be down there shortly,” Shadow informed them over their comms.

Just to be safe, Shadow slipped a mini-tracer onto Electrocutioner as well.

OOC:

Since Shadow is technically Dazed this round, he can only take a Standard Action, so he can’t get downstairs until next round.

Realizing that Esper's vision is still affected by the flash of light, Kitsune decides discretion is the better part of valor. She needs backup to beat this foe, who can see through most of her tricks!

She dodges behind a nearby counter and stays low as she darts across behind a pillar...trying to get out of Esper's line of sight!
