Release (ENN) Tales of Arcana Roleplaying Card Game Released

Matt Knicl (Magic: The Gathering) has released his new Tales of Arcana Roleplaying Card Game direct through himself or through Amazon. Tales of Arcana is a roleplaying system that uses cards to randomly generate characters. It’s been designed for one-shot single sessions that can be set up in minutes.

Although casual and rules-light Advanced Rules have been releases on the games website, along with free campaign material and a character sheet.

The game itself comes with 200 cards, including 43 races and 25 classes, all of which can be seen on the online card gallery. Several of the artists have worked on games such as Pathfinder and Dungeons & Dragons.

The game was funded via Kickstarter and Matt was also demoing, and selling advanced copies, at Gen Con 2016.
