Greetings! I'd like to tap into the collected knowledge here to help me recall a vague rpg title from the 2000s. It was a set of rules created specifically for chat IRC with chat hacking tules set in a fantasy world. It was previewed here at EN World, and was even given away for preview. It's name began with a U? Possibly Urbanis, or something similar. Does anyone recall this? It's website was once findable on the way back machine but I've lost it. Anyone know what Im talking about?
