Issues with Link to Existing Thread

In a new thread (http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?545699-Best-of-the-5e-Forum)
I have posted a link to another thread (among several) but other than myself it seems that no one can access the link (http://www.enworld.org/forum/showth...-Investigation-checks-and-player-descriptions)

The linked thread was created 4 Oct 2016 so is fairly recent. Can you please investigate and see why some (all?) other users can not access the link?

My suggestion would be for people to check whether they can see any other posts by that thread starter. If they cannot, it means that the user has blocked them and they cannot see threads that they start.
