ETools Datasets

I was wondering if the ETools datasets will be released as scheduled on July 1st?

I also had a question about the 3.5 Dataset. If I buy the WotC Package of Datasets and then buy the 3.5 dataset at the end of August, will the two be compatible? Or will I have to buy 3.5 versions of the WotC Datasets as well?

Mynex has just announced on CMP's forums that the dataset release date would be delayed somewhat due to unforseen code/data conflict problems.
