Not really time for it now, but Evelyn has a shortbow and a club spare on her (assuming she uses her sword mostly).

As far as marching, our party seems to split itself up into three general groups.
Sneaky (Lupin, Evelyn)
Heavy (Roy, Salazar)
Squishy (Lantern*, Jax)
Unless you think there's a good chance of ambush from the rear, that also seems like a generally good marching order (two by two) or a starting point for single file. Lupin scouts, Evelyn follows and translates for him. Then the heavies protect the squishies and follow after where their clanking chainmail can't draw as much attention.
*Lantern is just as sneaky as Evelyn, but not a good choice for scout.
