Question about "recruitment threads"

So, I have a 5E project I'm working (an adventure) on that I think a lot of people on this forum would be interested in. I wanted to introduce people to the project, give them a sample (part of the adventure), and invite them to like the facebook page. Now, that last part has me concerned that it might be a violation of the rules. The page is not a discussion page, and won't draw people away from ENworld. It's simply a way for people to keep abreast of what is going on with the project. Would this kind of thread be prohibited?

Sounds like a reasonable post for the Publisher/Promotions forum. The rule is more directed at people who simply come here for the sole purpose of harvesting users.
