Rules for Errata:
This thread is for errata only. Errata includes: Typos, misprints, "cut-and-paste" errors, rules that directly and unambiguously contradict one another. It does not include: Spells/Items/Abilites/etc. that are too weak or powerful, house-rules, confusing rules.

The format:
Entries should be submitted in the following format:

Title, Book Page#
Erroneous, relevant text quoted from the book.
Corrected text, if obvious.

Scrying, PHB p274:
If the save fails, you can see (but not hear) the subject and the subject's immediate surroundings.
If the save fails, you can see and hear the subject and the subject's immediate surroundings.

If there is a non-textual correction that should be made (misplaced art, incorrect tables), provide a brief description of the problem, and how it should be fixed. If there is some ambiguity as to what the corrected text should be, please provide a brief support for your suggested replacement.
