Just finished Alan Moore's Writing for Comics. The man's a remarkable wordsmith. Well-worth picking up, even if you're not writing for comics.

Also have Jim Crace's Quarantine and Chuck Palaniuk(sp?)'s Fight Club.

Currently reading X-Men: The Chaos Engine Trilogy. Just finished the first book and barely started on the second. So far its a fairly decent series and captures the comics fairly well.

I'm Finishing up Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry. Good book, but the guy definitely writes a lot. 950 pages of small print. After that, I'll probably need to take a break for a week or two.

I'm not reading Brust's Lord of Castle Black yet, but as soon as Amazon gets it here (they list an August 1 release date, and my copy is pre-ordered), that'll jump to #1 on my reading list.

I'm halfway finished with McQ by Alexander Edwards based on the John Wayne movie. I am also struggling through Ed Greenwood's The Kingless Land (hope it picks up soon).
