D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5] Update to Savage Species/Arms & Equipment Guide

I pulled down the 3.0 to 3.5 conversion PDFs off of the WoTC website, and I noticed that the Arms & Equipment Guide, Psionics Handbook, and Savage Species did not have conversion notes listed.

I know that a new Psionics Handbook is in the works, but what about the other two ? Have the been 'invalidated' by 3.5, or should they work 'as is' ?
For example, I know that the Arms & Equipment Guide has weapon sizing rules in it, but what about the face/reach listing for vehicles ?

Not sure how well they'll work together, but I'm hoping that WotC will do update PDFs for other books (splats etc). I know that SKR has prepared a update for Ghostwalk, so we can expect the others too I guess.
