OOC: I didn't realize the rain is ongoing effect - otherwise I wouldn't cast Striking :)


Recalling the reality to the way it was before the rain of fire started, Arduniel describes it in True Speech and the spell simply disappears from the battle. Moving himself away from raging melee, remaining out of easy reach and yet keeping the overview of the battle, the historian floats upwards until he is at the level of the darkness hemisphere top.

Neurotic

I plan on living forever. Or die trying.
Little dragon leaves the dying Dark Fey in the pool of its blood and runs on all fours in the middle of the drow warriors. The savagery seen at the start comes again. Bite opens the leg of the first one. Wings beat once, twice and he is at the proper height to tear their throats, closing his clawed hands together and landing again in four-legged stance looking around for more demons.

Zyara moves up between the two drow near her and trips the one she passes before tripping the other one.

If either of those miss, a few more iterative strikes just in case
Keeping hitting one until he falls. Then the other [roll4] vs AC 17 Damage [roll5] vs 20 hp

OOC: I've done 5 and 6 many times.

I've heard that six is possible, but it is not reliable in my experience. It takes into consideration something else. I even started connecting words i.e. AcidAttack instead of Acid Attack in descriptions to lower the chance of invalid rolls. But in general I advise using some outside rollers (right, neurotic? :) )

Daxio saw the rain of fire and cursed. The darkness wasn’t making this any easier, as several of the drow casters were inside of it and thus immune to his spell targeting since he couldn’t see them. But there was a cluster to the south.

Daxio weaved words and gestures and material to manipulate the fabric of reality. Time to sow some chaos on the right flank!
