Questions about Preternatural Celerity in OLD
It does say 2 full rounds worth of actions so what does that mean? Specific questions below
1. Do you get extra free action/ reactions as well as normal actions?
2. Can you spend 2 luck die to get 2 bonus actions instead of the cap at 1 in a normal round?
3. Does this increase the number of spells mages can concentrate on?
4. Does this stack with Exploits, spells and other conditions like; dual wielding, Speed Flurry and Whirlwind Frenzy
5. Does that mean that you can use combat exploits twice in a round like deadly strike?

It’s still only one round, so anything which says it can be done once per round can still only be done once. Free actions and reactions and exploit uses etc can only be used once per round, no matter how many actions you have.

However in that one round, you make take a number of actions equal to two rounds’ worth; normally that means 4 actions.
