If you were to rename Halflings for a neutral setting, what would you name them?
Halflings as many of us may know were inspired by Tolkein's Hobbit creatures from The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings series, as well as his Middle-earth lore.
But for a neutral setting, outside of those, what would you name the Halfings?
Everquest and many other IPs have kept this adaptation.
Dragonlance gives them pointy ears and calls them Kender.
Here is an example of what I may call them:
