No Drawbacks? Something this evil and powerful needs something, side-effects, curse, Requires a bath in blood to operate fully?

An ego of 25 is quite high I doubt you could control one (definatly) until at least 15th level? ?The thing is the higher I make the ego go (He he egogo) the more abilities it has and thus the higher the characters levle should be before they get it, making it easier to make the save, so I put up the ego.....

And it goes round and round.... Plus its purpose says Slay all. And by Slay it mean Kill, and by all it means everyone.
