for some reason I feel like making basically your average reptilian alien race but making them about 12' tall and kinda like Shesha's humanoid form

think giygas but also so advanced they can take down a (really weak) supernal if they really tried

SLUUARI

Stronger, more dextrous, more resilient, more intelligent, higher awareness and more attractive than even a thousand of you put together. We are the Sluuari, We are Superior."

DESCRIPTION
The Sluuari are a reptilian species from a now destroyed planet in a now dead universe from an even more devastated timeline from the first Omniverse Shesha (In their language named Sabazios) devoured. Standing nearly four metres tall, this thin race of extraodinarily powerful beings are arguably the least influencial peoples to have broken through the wall of the Pleroma (and even the Great Wall, and the Greater-than-Great Wall of the Omniverses) and took down even the lesser Supernals that dared to fight against their empire's expansion.

ANATOMY
The Sluuari are a composite species, made from many species that used their immense magical and technological prowess to interbreed, they have even done so to the point of becoming one singular species. Bearing two pairs of tri-lobed serpent eyes and a fifth from one of their inherent abilties, small nostrils, small antennae, external canid-like ears and a set of tough plates going from the beak-like tip of their snout to the tip of their tail; a long, humanlike body with chest plates, the same as their head's, long arms and visible ribcages, lacking any features other than their plates and scales, females despite that have breast like features that are stored fat; below their thin waist is their lengthy legs, digitigrade, with thick thighs to make up for the lack of support from the risen heels and long, thick tails placed slightly above their posteriors to help balance and as a natural weapon; their feet have webbing between each toe, and each toe has a large and sharp retractible claw consealed within; Male sex organs vary in shape and structurebut all can reproduce with females equally well due to the female sex organs all having the same internal structure. Most Sluuari have implants enhancing their already immense strength, speed, intelligence, awareness, persuasiveness and memory by literally taking the brains of others, shrinking them, and then hooking it up to the implantee's brain, not gaining or loosing a new personality or conciousness, or by way of small nanomachines speeding up how fast their nerves fire, or by stimulating their muscles constantly, or any other way of possibly becoming greater. Other times, they don't just have implants, they are almost entirely machine, having entire limbs replaced with the most advanced machinery in the Omniverse, literally being able to wrestle with Demiurges and outsmart them with little effort, having reactions that come out faster than light.

PERSONALITY
While not all Sluuari have the same personality as will be described, the great majority do. Sluuari are cunning, cold and intelligent beings that see themselves as the true peak of perfection, magic psionics and evolution come together at the peak of lifeforms, that they can only get better through what has been proved to make them superior. While females use the organs that come with their sex to their advantage, males are quite clever and well-versed in getting want they want out of someone, but both are quite skilled in communication. The odd one out among their kind is the one who genuinely cares about helping other species, unlike the majority who will help another race only if it assists them or if they caused unintentional destruction to their property. However, truely universal among all Sluuari is their temper, anger issues and vengefulness; they do not forget, they do not forgive, they are extremely quick to anger and combined with their immense strength they are dangerous to be around. Another universal part of their view is about crime: it is not to be done, those who partake are tried, and if guilty, punished brutally; thieves are slaves, murderers are skinned alive, etc, the irony is that none of them actually commit crimes, all have all they could want. Debates are a large part of their culture as well.

CULTURE
kinda breakin character here, but they are literally asia if western nations didnt influence it and they just kept developing their technology but they were lizard people running as fast as a speeding car.
The Sabazians are a makeshift culture, on the world they made through preserving their former homeworld's organisms they have been developing ever onwards. Due to the high temperatures of their new homeworld they build open air structures, preferring a pyramidal shape to their building's roofs. Part of culture is food, and while they do not actually have to eat to survive, they can and do; enjoying grains, meats, plants, fungi, fruit, and an array of delectible berries and seeds, and have mastered cookery; however they mostly have invented simple and flavourful dishes that are well enjoyed. They have no understanding of the reasons why most interstellar species wear strange suits of rubber and glass spheres on their heads or masks, they do not breathe and are not effected by the cold of space, instead wearing flowing and revealing robes to help out with the intense heat. There is also a lack of gender roles, not covered in their anatomy is that there are zero meaningful differences between males and females in their species other than the sex organs and fat stores, so of course they wouldn't see one above the other, in fact, gender isn't a concept they have, only biological sex, they don't have actually have any word for He or She in their tongue, only They. Marriage is also just as confusing in their eyes.

EMPIRE
The Sluuari Empire is hidden deep within Shesha's collective of a trillion universes. It has a thousand galactic superclusters under their complete control, all solar systems inhabited by them, except for the pre-inhabited, which they watch and study from afar.

I was using that for the main basis then I took it overboard with all the abilities

also beef where you been buddy
if you want some really dumb :):):):) go to page 11, it's got Shesha (the new supreme being that i pretty much was on AAAAAAA when making)
