I wanted to take MM 'back' a different way, by letting it split up into 2 or more missiles to hit more enemies.

So, initially: 1d4+ INT vs two targets, or 2d4+int vs one. At paragon, 3d4, epic 4d4.

utterly doable and I considered that myself when I first seen the 2d4 and the 4d4.

There was an app someone came up with to aid creation of part files but I have not been able to find it.
