To help give a little more clarity to this post (I have no association to either qstor or Mark), the artist is Mark Jackson, who has several credits to his name working with White Wolf (amongst other projects). Here is his portfolio for some easy browsing and a couple pieces shared to give an idea of what his style looks like. So, for me, I like his style, and I'll likely reach out to him if we can hit our next goal ($4,500) on the Kickstarter we're running. Other than that, I (and anybody looking to work with him) would need some kind of sell sheet with estimates and samples. If he can get that, or if you can to share here, that would go a long way to getting your friend some more work.
