    I really like Mutant Future. The system is pretty much BECMI D&D (itís based on the Labyrinth Lord retroclone), so most people pretty much know it already. That being said, I think it might have a bit too much zany Gamma World DNA in it to be a grim survival-based game.

    I haven't played it, but I have also heard good things about Apocalypse World.

    Another Powered By The Apocalypse post-apocalypse game is Legacy: Life Among The Ruins 2nd Edition.

    I think you could technically call Blades in the Dark post-apocalypse in that its fantasy world experienced an apocalypse but its focus isn't on Mad Max survival.
