    Pathfinder Playtest conversion

    Hello,
I've been reading through the playtest files and I think there is a lot of good stuff, but I've never been a big fan of the progression of skills, AC, and attack rolls since the days of 3E.
Since they are fundamentally the same at the core, it seems like it would be pretty simple to convert the playtest materials to a bounded accuracy like 5E. I'm just curious if anyone has tried this and how it works out in play.
    Thanks!

Do you mean you just want lower numbers?

Just change the +level to +1/2 level, or +1/4 level that 5e does.

    Same for monsters.

That is what I was thinking. In theory I don't see it changing a lot aside aside from making the numbers a little less unwieldy as things progress.

Yeh how they’ve done it makes it trivial to remake 5e bounded accuracy. I would not be surprised if that was presented as an optional rule in the final rulebook.
