- I'd start with that Halfling-sized demon that is all mouth, and give it a Hewards Handy Haversack in place of a stomach.
- Some sort of Frenzy-like ability where he chews on and bites much but swallows little. Triggers when he eats a cookie. He might carry a few cookies around so he can trigger himself on purpose.
- He has a penalty on Stealth because he keeps on singing his theme song: "C is for Cookie..."
- Decent INT since he's been on Sesame Street forever and knows the stuff you should learn in pre-K and K. Not spectacular INT, though, because he has been on Sesame Street forever and hasn't learned it all yet (the parts about 'sharing' and 'good table manners' always get him).
